Considerations to take into account :

The weeks are considered Monday to Sunday or Saturday to Friday.

Once we receive your booking amount, we will send you the reservation document and to do this we will have requested you in the previous mail your name, address and identity card or passport so that we can fill it and also to have the renting contract ready at your arrival.

This booking amount becomes amount deposit when you sign the rental contract upon your arrival and will be refunded on your departure after checking the apartment.

A few days before your arrival, we will get in contact with you in order to know your time of arrrival and thus be able to offer you our check-in services.

The day of your arrival, you will have to sign the renting contract, we will hand you two sets of keys, you wil have to pay the full renting amount and we will go with you to the apartment in order to explain how everything works.

The day of your departure, we will refund you the deposit amount which is the same quantity of the booking amount you sent us to book the apartment.

The renting amount on your arrival must be payed in cash as we do not have credit card machine.
